I have been looking at a google search of all the foods that relieve stress and anxiety and I would like to see you do a post about that. I am trying cottage cheese, salmon, almonds, and other foods. Also, how about scientific information on human aggression and can food be related to aggression? Also, another good idea is that of food addiction. Is there any documented studies that explain that natural flavors can lead to food addiction? Thanks!
